I used the usage analytics data to identify key drop off instances in pipeline creation flow and designed CSAT Feedback tool for user insights at these instances. I was involved in redesign of dashboard for pipeline activation for an intuitive understanding of statistics with special emphasis on failures. I also played a role in the development of new design system of the company.
